GOOD NEWS!
Dearest Friends in Jesus,
I just wanted to share with you all the good news about Robert. All the details have been worked out and Robert started his new call Sunday, June 21st in Ridgeland, SC at Church of the Holy Trinity. We are so glad this season of waiting is over. He is excited about this call and after a meeting with the folk at the parish they seemed to be excited also. Thank you so much for your steadfast praying over the past 18 months. It has been a real trial by fire yet the Lord has sustained us. If all goes as planned, we will move into the newly purchased rectory either the end of July or first of August. Our house in Charleston is packed and ready to be moved. Friends have provided a home for Robert to stay in near Ridgeland till the new house is ready. Legare and Alexandra will go with us but Legare is determined to find employment quickly and move out into her own place with Alexandra. Praise the Lord!!
In the meantime, I am at Trinity taking summer Greek. I am sure you remember the infamous summer of 2007 when I took Hebrew.Well, with two years under my belt, I am not as freaked out as I was then, BUT prayers are still very much needed. Its still two semesters of Greek in 8 weeks.
I ask for prayers for my remaining year at Trinity and for financial blessings. The Lord has been very faithful through my many friends and family , as well as scholarships to provide for my daily bread. Summer is abit tight, so please pray for the Lord to open up His storehouse and meet my needs.
